Reviews.io uses a manual import flow.

Setup

1. Add Reviews.io as a source in the app.
2. Provide the required connection details.
3. Start an initial sync/import from the app dashboard.

Sync

• Run sync whenever you want to refresh data.
• Check status in the app dashboard after each run.

Notes

• Keep source data and product mapping consistent.
• If results are unexpected, validate source credentials and import configuration.

Troubleshooting

• If sync fails, re-check source credentials and connection details.
• If reviews import without product links, verify identifier mapping strategy.
• If counts seem low, run another full sync after confirming source-side data scope.
